We enjoyed this low-budget hotel, nothing too much trouble. We had a good sized budget double room with a very clean bed. The food was delightful, especially an English breakfast. The location was perfect and peaceful, not too far from The Baray Spa. Moreover, it's really close to the venue's restaurant, bars and the cafe. All in all a just perfect stay, the venue met required needs.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Karon Beach and other amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

More breakfast choices would have made the dining experience even better.

The rooms were absolutely amazing, like having your own apartment. The air con and shower pressure were mind-blowing. The bed was super comfy and the daily room cleaning was jaw-dropping. Loved having access to a beach mat, umbrella, and beach towels. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. Craig and Pim were outstanding hosts and the staff were extremely friendly. Just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, which was awesome! Would recommend this place to anyone.

The guesthouse had a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the local amenities. the owner was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to give advice on exploring the area. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the food at the cafe was excellent, with a good variety of options.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the rooms were quite noisy, as we could hear noises from the hallways and even from the kitchen.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great room that was big, clean, and had everything we needed. the food downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced, and they even had three big TVs with different channels for sports fans, kids, and some funny videos for entertainment. Craig, the owner, treated us like family and provided us with valuable information about the town and Phuket. the location of the guesthouse was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. it felt like a home away from home.

Despite the lively atmosphere, we were not disturbed by any noise. Karon Beach was a much nicer area to stay compared to Patong. the beach itself was amazing, and there were plenty of affordable restaurants in the area. I highly recommend taking a trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, which the guesthouse can arrange for you. our stay was unforgettable, thanks to the hospitality of Craig and his team. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👍.
